Account Manager
Riverside Services is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. This position provides a crucial role in our customer service experience. The account manager will work closely with our operations team to cultivate long term relationships with Riversides customers.
Candidates in this role will manage existing customers and find new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention by understanding the individual needs of our clients
- Manage Riverside’s Site Inspection process in conjunction with Director of Operations to identify property enhancement opportunities
- Create client proposals, contracts, and estimates that are designed to meet each client’s objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Actively prospect for potential clients near your existing customers and pursue new business relationships
- Attend training and networking events within the industry
Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 3-5 years’ experience landscape account management experience is a must
- Landscape experience preferred
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Valid driver’s license
