Our Estate care Division is expanding and we are currently in search of a Fine Gardening Assistant. This is an exciting position for an eager individual with a passion for nature, who is looking to expand their knowledge in the green industry. Qualified candidates must have a positive, “can-do” attitude and be willing to take direction. This position will report directly to the Gardening Crew Leader and act as a “gardener in training”.

Please note that this is a full-time seasonal position beginning roughly in March and ending mid-late December. Benefits include competitive pay, health and dental, company provided uniforms, and a positive and encouraging work environment.

Responsibilities:
· Represent the company in a professional, courteous manner
· Procure annuals, perennials and shrubs
· Maintain established perennial gardens
· Prune and trim trees and shrubs
· Bed and property cleanups, weeding, edging and mulching
· Winter plant care and Holiday Decorating

Requirements
· Landscape experience preferred but not required
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
· Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Have reliable transportation
· Willing to learn and obtain industry certifications
· Strong work ethic
· Willing to work in all weather conditions

Compensation
· $15-22/hour (based on experience)
